We are a growing team of 45 people, working primarily remote, being headquartered in Australia, consisting of teams working across APAC and Europe. About The Role. We're seeking a passionate DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and be responsible for building and maintaining IT infrastructure, implementing proactive measures for high uptime, and streamlining our software development lifecycle through CI/CD methodologies ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement of our web application platforms. You'll have a strong understanding of cloud platforms (especially AWS), Linux, backend languages, and databases to drive faster and more reliable deployments while actively identifying and mitigating security risks.
Role Responsibilities:. Build and Maintain the IT Infrastructure of our web applications and websites. Set up efficient alert systems to maintain 99% uptime. Monitor and optimize the app processes during the entire lifecycle for their adherence.
Research and deploy productive CI/CD tools to optimize continuous delivery and integration of web products. Actively troubleshoot and fix production bugs and suggest quality measures to eliminate them. Identify and deploy cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management. Role Requirements:.
5+ years of experience in building effective autonomous DevOps processes. 5+ years of experience with any cloud platform and its services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Excellent hands-on experience with Linux-based infrastructure. Working knowledge of a modern backend language and its ecosystem (Node. js, Python, Go). Good hands-on experience configuring and managing SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL). Proven track record of building effective CI/CD pipelines for continuous development and integration. Hands-on experience with Charles Web Proxy is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with exceptional attention to detail. Prior experience in AdTech/ Game advertising is favorable. Must be curious, empathetic and collegiate. Our Ideal Candidate.
