Job Description:

Job Overview:
- We're looking for a Kubernetes expert who will play a key role in designing and managing multi-tenant on-premises Kubernetes clusters.
- This role is vital to our client's mission of building a secure, scalable, and isolated environment that supports various teams and workloads.
- You'll work on complex problems in container orchestration and cluster management while collaborating with infrastructure teams, developers, and security professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Tenant Kubernetes Cluster Design and Implementation:
- Design, deploy, and manage multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters with a focus on tenant isolation, security, and performance.
- Implement RBAC policies, network segmentation, and resource limits to ensure secure and efficient use of resources.
Security and Compliance:
- Lead security efforts in multi-tenant environments, including vulnerability management and secure image deployment.
- Enforce security policies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
CNCF and Open-Source Engagement:
- Engage with CNCF projects and adopt open-source tools to enhance Kubernetes operations and security.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure Kubernetes environments meet security policies and regulatory requirements and enforce best practices for container management.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes at scale, focusing on multi-tenancy, security, and networking.
- Strong knowledge of CNCF tools (cert-manager, Kyverno, FluxCD, ArgoCD, Envoy) and their deployment.
- Proficiency in Golang or Python, with a preference for Golang.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerized infrastructure automation
