## Seeking a DevOps Architect (AWS) to Lead Our Cloud Journey!

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Architect to join our growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and management of our cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring scalability, high performance, and cost-effectiveness for our critical applications.

*Responsibilities:*

* Design, build, and maintain robust and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS, adhering to best practices for performance, scalability, and security.

* Architect and implement robust CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools like AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD to automate deployments and streamline release management.

* Continuously monitor and optimize AWS services to ensure high availability, peak performance, and cost-efficiency.

* Foster close collaboration with software development teams to enhance application reliability, scalability, and security posture.

* Establish and enforce best practices for infrastructure as code (IaC), configuration management, and automation.

* Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

* Evaluate and implement new cloud technologies and tools to further enhance productivity and efficiency.

*Qualifications:*

* 10+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a minimum of 5 years in a lead role.

* In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services, architecture, and best practices.

* Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.

* Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Shell) to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

* Experience with infrastructure as code tools (AWS CloudFormation, Terraform) is a plus.

* Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred.

* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

* AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a significant advantage.
