Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Development Manager at NCR Voyix in Hyderabad. The Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development team, setting project goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely project delivery. The role involves managing the development lifecycle, leading technical discussions, and fostering innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- overall 12+ years of Proficiency in software development, project management, and team leadership
- Tech stack includes React JS, Typescript, NodeJS, Mongo DB.
- Good to have Go programming knowledge
- Experience in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results
- Knowledge of digital commerce solutions and industry trends
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certifications in software development methodologies are a plus
- Should be an Excellent team player
