Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ludhiana for a Development Manager. The Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of insurance solutions, managing a team of developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The Development Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.

- Knowledge of software development life cycle
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus
