Responsibilities
- Recruitment of Insurance advisors in team and align teams to ensure goals achievements
- Assist in devlopment by doing joint field meetings
- Build relationships to generate new avenues for revenue generation
- Plan as review Insurance advisors goals and performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 3 years of Insurance sales experience
- Local awareness of Delhi city
- Strong o communication skills and a go getter
