Job Description
Qualification & Experience:
- Engineering graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in engineering software applications (Design, development, infrastructure setup, support etc).
- Working experience with Typescript, Javascript, HTML, SCSS / CSS and Angular framework
- Working experience in building APIs on NodeJS
- Experience on AWS Would be prefered.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining applications at scale for end to end implementation.
- Good knowledge with logging tools such as Splunk (preferred), Kibana or similar
- Have good understanding of developer support devops tools like Git, Jenkins and can setup CI/CD
- Working knowledge of Cloud technology, Kubernetes, Lambda, SQS/SNS or equivalent
- Ability to arbitrate priority on tasks and topic (Important VS Urgent);
- Good exposure on the service management role (ITIL 4 ): Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Adaptive Maintenance, Crisis Management, SLR/OLA/SLA key concept & how to define and make use of them in the frame of the service and stakeholder management;
- Ability to frame, redesign and adapt support models, knowledge on Service Now can be a plus;
- Proven interpersonal skills
- Having a product oriented vision and skill set merging the constraints and levels of both the project and the operations in an Agile mindset is clearly needed.
Responsibilities
- Understand business processes and technical architecture
- Working on end to end application development and maintenance
- Design the architecture of highly available, scalable, maintainable, monitored applications (frontend & backend) for upcoming business needs
- Ability to work collaboratively with other developers and business representative to define the best solution in an multidisciplinary and multi country setup
- Drive technical discussions and explain chosen options and strategies
- Perform incident management with deep root cause analysis and apply associated fix
- Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery
- Work in Agile Scrum and/or Kanban project implementation
