We are seeking a talented and experienced ERPNext Developer/Administrator to manage all aspects of our ERPNext system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERPNext/Frappe framework development, system administration, and data visualization. This role requires a proactive individual who can streamline our ERP processes, develop customizations, and ensure optimal system performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the overall ERPNext system to support business operations.
- Develop, configure, and manage dashboards, charts, and reports in ERPNext.
- Customize and optimize existing ERPNext modules to meet business requirements.
- Implement and manage new ERPNext modules and features as needed.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and provide ERPNext solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across the ERP system.
- Provide technical support and training to ERPNext users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERPNext-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest ERPNext developments and best practices.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with ERPNext and Frappe framework development.
- Strong understanding of ERP system administration and management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript.
- Experience with SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with JSON and custom options configurations in ERPNext.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in a high-turnover distribution business environment.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Previous experience in creating complex reports and dashboards in ERPNext.
- Certifications related to ERPNext or other ERP systems.
