• Mode : Hybrid
• 2+ years of experience as an Infor/Workbrain Developer / Techno Functional consultant.
• Lead/Worked on the implementation and configuration of INFOR WFM (WorkBrain) 7.2.0 / 7.2.0 / 2023 /2024.04 versions to meet client specific requirements.
• Understanding of core WorkBrain modules - Time and Attendance, Labor Forecast and Schedule Optimization, Schedule Fairness, Fixed Shifts, Schedule an Event, Time off Request, Shift Trade, Employee Borrow, Employee Availability and Labor Budgeting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
• Develop custom reports , interfaces and integrations with other enterprise systems as needed.
• Analyzed the custom code and document the behavior which will be used in requirements gathering phase.
• Transitioned with all client requirements, prepared detailed Test Scenarios followed by test cases and get it approved by the client, created Test Data.
• Should be knowledgeable for a full lifecycle implementation and/or upgrade.
