Dispatch Responsibilities:- Run various errands outside the office, such as banking tasks, purchases, and deliveries.
Adhere to traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times.- Maintain the cleanliness and regular maintenance of the vehicle.
- Admin Assistant Responsibilities:
Support administrative activities and assist in various administrative tasks including organizing document, data entry, preparing reports, and updating spreadsheets.- Assist in handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Coordinate and schedule deliveries and pickups efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods and documents to designated locations and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
Handle ad-hoc tasks efficiently to support smooth office operations.
SPM, Certificate or equivalent.- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in dispatch, office assistance, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment
