Job Title: Desktop Support Technician VDI

Role: VDI Desktop Support

Location: Bangalore

Experiences Ranges: 4-6Years

Notice Period: 15 Days

Responsibilities & Scope:

• Resolve end-user queries related to VDI through the ticketing system.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues impacting end-users, including those related to GPU and MPU chip performance within VDI environments.
• Contribute to the knowledge base to enhance team efficiency.
• Demonstrate knowledge of VMware ESX fundamentals and related virtualization technologies.
• Utilize expertise in GPU and MPU technologies to optimize desktop performance in virtual environments.
• Work flexible hours, including night shifts, as required.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.

Essential Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient organizational skills with a focus on detail and follow-up.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Virtual Desktop Administration, specifically using VMware Horizon View.
• Solid Windows Desktop Administration skills, particularly with Windows 10.
• Experience with GPU and MPU chip configuration and troubleshooting in a VDI setup

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with GPU and MPU technology in virtualization settings.
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) preferred.
