Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Technician at Excel Computers located in Nagpur. The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and network issues for end-users. They will also assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting
• Associate degree or equivalent certification in a related field
