Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Desktop Support professional with 1-4 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktop/laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems
• Assist with network and server-related issues
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex issues
• Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalate as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in Desktop Support or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Active Directory and Exchange Server
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
