Location Gurugram - Haryana, India

YOUR TASKS

  • PC user support (Windows environment (Wind7 & Win 10), Office 2016, o365)
  • Troubleshooting of client hardware & software on Windows platform (desktop, notebook, CAD hardware)
  • Basic knowledge on usage of any IT Ticketing system
  • Basic knowledge of IP telephony & Network will be nice to have
  • Co-ordination with Vendors for any breakdown
  • Organizing, implementing, and executing infrastructure systems administration in accordance with given parameters
  • looking after and installing infrastructure systems, supporting users in case of problems, instructing users, taking over local projects of low to medium complexity in coordination with the superior
  • Configuring and managing the set system components taking the current Hella Group security policy in accordance with existing guidelines
  • Preparing and handling trainings for the use of respective system components for all divisions (the user service desk, in particular)
  • Participation in Implementation of Projects
  • Hardware Asset Management, tracking & reporting
  • Vendor management
  • Address all IT support related topics and work on Incidents & Problem tickets

Your Qualifications


  • Graduate or Computer Diploma
  • Microsoft Certification is advantage
  • 2 years of experience in handling user support, PC support (Must)
  • Good Communication skill
  • Team player
  • Customer-orientation skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self Motivated
