- Deliver support for reported problems with desktop computers, laptops, peripherals and mobile devices.
- Install and configure desktop computer hardware, software and peripherals using standard procedures.
- Accountable for the continuous support and future planning needs of the companys desktop environment
- Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Assess new product versions and recommend upgrade schedules
- Create and maintain software images
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience
- Superb customer service skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of PC and MAC hardware
- Understanding of imaging software
