Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop software and hardware.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Set up and manage user accounts and profiles.
  • Ensure security and privacy of systems and networks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 18,470.00 - 24,022.89 per month
