Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop software and hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Set up and manage user accounts and profiles.
- Ensure security and privacy of systems and networks.
