Location: Patna- Bihar
Qualification: Any Graduation / 12th + 3 years Diploma
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Desktop Support
Working shift and days:Day shift (Monday to Saturday) / Sunday Fix Off
CTC range:20K to 25K CTC (inclusive of all)
Immediate joiner preferred.
Responsibilities:
Provide end user support
Microsoft 365 Administration including MS-Office, Teams, One Drive, Outlook Email Configuration
Ticketing tools management
Domain and Active Directory Services
Administer and manage domain environments, including user account management and group policies.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs) managing
Configuration of network printer
Install, upgrade any patch, software or hardware
Troubleshoot & fix any system, network, hardware related problems
Basic Network support and Server support
Able to handle end to end escalation from client end.
Anti-virus installation and troubleshooting
Blue screen dump
