Responsible for Day-to-Day IT operations Sound experience in Windows 10, Office 365 Apps, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneDrive, AutoCAD, Primavera, Microsoft project. Hands-on experience in Microsoft Outlook configuration and Troubleshooting. Mail archiving and Data file management Experience in working with Domain infrastructure to join and manage systems with Domain Installation, Configurations and Troubleshooting of Desktop, Laptop, MFD Printer, Software applications. Setup, Configure, Troubleshoot LAN Network, Firewall and Wi-Fi Access point Setup and configuration for office network Installation of MFD Machine for printing and scanning setup Requirement - Excellent in IT, communication skills Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills A technical, logical thought process An ability to stick to strict deadlines An ability to prioritise and delegate tasks Highly proactive and motivated.
