Role: Desktop Support Engineer

Job location: Bangalore
Working days:Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off)
CTC: upto 20K-25K (inclusive of all)
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide end user support
2. O365 (Teams, One Drive, Outlook, Email Configuration)
3. Network Support and server support
4. Install, upgrade any patch, software or hardware
5. Troubleshoot & fix any system, network, hardware related problems
6. Active Directory, Ticketing tools, Domain environment and SLA is must
7. Able to handle end to end escalation from client end.
8. Anti-virus installation and troubleshooting
