Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop desktop applications, including those for employee activity tracking
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the application meets business needs.
Implement features for tracking employee attendance, performance, and other relevant activities.
Ensure data security and privacy compliance in all aspects of the software.
Conduct testing and debugging to ensure a high-quality product
Provide documentation and user training for the application
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new technologies as necessary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in desktop application development, with a portfolio of completed projects.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or C++.
Familiarity with database management systems and data integration.
Experience with UI/UX design principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in developing employee tracking or monitoring software.
Knowledge of data security and compliance standards
Knowledge of network protocols and security to ensure secure data transmission
Expertise in Windows, macOS, or Linux environments for application compatibility
