Desk Nurse

JOB: US healthcare Dr's medical notes in EHR, need to be reviewed and audited. Corelate disease condition to Rx and update the same in another software.

Responsibility:

Desk job, pure day shift, Should be well versed in reading medical records/ medical notes/visit notes/ progress notes of patients admitted in Nursing Homes.

Should be able to decipher the medical records written by doctors in EHR.

Should corelate chronic disease condition to Rx.

Should be able to decipher current chronic condition, sign and symptoms, or any other condition that is the focus during the visit for treatment than that of other chronic conditions where in medications are c/w / not in focus during that specific visit.

Process is to update summary of the complete month record in other software, keeping focus on the chronic condition those are in treatment progress during the whole month visits.
