Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Designer Sales Specialist to join our team at YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd. As a Designer Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our interior design services to clients. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Passionate about interior design and knowledgeable about design trends
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable design solutions
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using design software and tools
- Degree in Interior Design or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our interior design services to potential clients
- Understand client requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and creative design concepts
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and provide recommendations to clients
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the design process
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, including cost estimates
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of design projects
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
