As a 3D Designer in our Creative Services team, you will play a pivotal role in translating our clients visions into visually captivating designs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualization and Visualization:
Collaborate closely with the Client Servicing and Business Development team to
understand client objectives and project requirements.
Translate ideas and concepts into detailed 3D visualizations for various event elements,
including stage setups, on-ground designs, and immersive environments.
2. Technical Proficiency:
Utilize industry-standard 3D design software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, Lumion,
Twinmotion, SketchUp) to create high-quality, photorealistic renderings.
Stay updated on emerging 3D design trends and technologies.
Renders should incorporate elements that can be technically executed considering
aspects like dimensions, element quality, budgets, etc.
3. Collaboration:
Work closely with other designers, operation team and vendors (if needed) to ensure
seamless integration of 3D designs into the overall event concept.
Work closely with the 2D designers to incorporate the design direction for event and
then innovating to enhance on-ground elements and overall event theme.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of design
elements including first-cut designs and post feedback revisions.
Provide support to fellow designers and team members as needed.
4. Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-
quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful execution of 3D design
elements.
Requisites:
Proven experience as a 2D designer, preferably within the events or creative industry.
Proficiency in 3D design software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Twinmotion, SketchUp or equivalent.
Visually strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
Aptitude to pass knowledge and skill to team members as needed.
