Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Specialist at The Wedding Square located in New Delhi. As a Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing design concepts for various wedding-related projects. You will collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and then translate them into visually appealing designs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the design elements align with the overall wedding theme and atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Design Specialist or a similar role
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Knowledge of current design trends and techniques
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
