Key Responsibilities:
Product Development: Lead the development and innovation of gift products, considering market trends,
consumer preferences, and company goals.
New Product Launch: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product launch
strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities. Coordinate with production and supply
chain teams to ensure timely product availability.
Packaging and Branding: Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to create attractive and impactful
packaging designs that align with the company's brand identity. Ensure packaging reflects the product
attributes and appeals to the target market.
Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor the performance of gift products in the market and propose
improvements or modifications as needed. Conduct regular reviews of product portfolios and make
recommendations for product line extensions, discontinuations, or updates.
Product Development Expertise: Proven experience in product development, preferably in the food or
beverage industry. Ability to create innovative and appealing products that meet customer needs and align
with company objectives.
