Design Manager

Spread is looking for qualified and committed Design managers.

To independently anchor and lead exciting, meaningful and large scale projects.

Location: Bengaluru

Years of Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Overview

You must have great ideation skills for creative projects, can engage with clients, build and manage relationships well.

Develop strategic solutions, meticulously plan and manage the project workflow, with the ability to drive teams towards timely,

qualitative and successful completion of projects independently.

Planning and working meticulously on both large and small projects concurrently, knowing how to lead the pace on your work while ensuring the highest quality of delivery is crucial. Passion for great design is a must have.

Your Responsibilities at Spread

External

Listening carefully to our clients challenges

Being a seasoned external guide and ensuring a good experience with great outcomes for our clients.

Manage the daily deliverables of project end to end

Flexible around clients schedule

Ability to anticipate challenges, lead transdisciplinary teams

Manage client expectations, deliver brilliance with professionalism

Great communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage the project in terms of budget and finances

Strong in managing the projects scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk, procurements, and integration aspects

Internal

To plan the Design Research

Project Management : Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies.

Translate inputs from the client into creative briefs for the team

Optimize resources utilization across projects.

To have an eye for detail and depth and invest independent time in understanding details.

Ability to work in a new age design ecosystem which is constantly evolving.

Required Skillsets

• Project Management and Planning
• Writing and Presentation Skills
• Some knowledge of design softwares particularly in Adobe Creative Suite (knowledge in Adobe After Effects is an added advantage).
• Communication and presentation skills are mandatory
• Visual thinking and data visualization to effectively communicate ideas
• Added skills like writing and / or design
• Must have sensitivity and empathy
• Project Planning

Qualifications + Experience

• 3-5 years of proven experience in brand and graphic design.
• Graduate/Diploma from reputed and established design Mangement school.
• Designer with Management training or experience with interest in emerging areas in sustainability, digital and technology.
