Design Manager/ Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Structural Design Engineering Manager to

lead our design consultancy team. The successful candidate will oversee the design, analysis, and construction

of various structural projects, ensuring they meet all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Understanding Project Design basis and Specification and other IIT document. Exposure to Indian

standard, American Standard, EURO Codes etc.

Exposure to RCC and Steel Design

Pipe rack, Tech Structure, Platform, Shelters, PEB Shelter and Tower

Other civil designs equipment foundations like pumps, static & dynamic equipment, pipe rack

foundations, civil pipe supports, miscellaneous foundations, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of structural engineering projects.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers.

Mentor and develop junior engineers.

Conduct site inspections and assessments.

Prepare and review technical reports and documentation.

Identify and mitigate project risks.

Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
