Role & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer with a strong focus on digital communication. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating engaging notification banners, in-app/web banners, and landing pages. A background in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) models, preferably within the healthcare industry, is highly desirable.
1. Design and Development:
- Create compelling and visually appealing notification banners and in-app/web banners that enhance user engagement.
- Design effective and user-friendly landing pages that drive conversions and align with the brand's goals.
- Creating graphics optimised for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Design visually appealing and effective email templates for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications.
- Creating various digital assets such as badges, icons, and illustrations for use across different digital channels to support marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and implement creative concepts that resonate with the target audience, particularly in the healthcare sector.
- Understand and integrate copywriting elements to enhance the effectiveness of banners and landing pages, ensuring a cohesive and compelling message.
2. Strategic Collaboration:
- Utilize experience in Direct-to-Consumer models to develop designs that facilitate seamless consumer interactions and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure designs meet business objectives and drive customer engagement and retention.
- Leverage knowledge of the healthcare industry to create designs that are not only visually appealing but also compliant with industry standards and regulations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and product management to ensure cohesive design strategies and successful project execution.
3. Collaboration:
- Work closely with junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
- Break down briefs into actionable tasks and provide clear direction to ensure project objectives are met.
4. Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
- Conduct regular design reviews and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing.
5. Tools and Software:
- Expertly use Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaborative design work.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for advanced graphic design tasks and to produce high-quality design assets.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of professional experience in digital design, with a significant focus on digital communication elements such as banners and landing pages.
- Demonstrated expertise in D2C models, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand copywriting principles and integrate them into design work to enhance message effectiveness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality, impactful designs.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development principles.
- Familiarity with animation and motion graphics.
- Experience in user research and usability testing.
