Job Description:
We're seeking a highly skilled Creative designer with motion graphics and static design expertise. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative abilities and a portfolio showcasing their passion for illustrative design, typography, and proficiency in working across various design platforms, including digital and print.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design team in conceptualizing and developing visual communication strategies to effectively convey brand messages.
- Manage the end-to-end design process, from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables within specified timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communication design, incorporating relevant insights into design strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, including print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
- Review and approve design deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders and solicit feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the project management team for resource planning, ensuring adequate allocation of design resources to meet project deadlines and priorities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in graphic design, with work showcasing the relevant skills of Branding, advertising, photo-editing, etc.
- Portfolio that showcases a diverse range of high-quality work.
- Bachelor's in Design or B.tech/ BE with a certification in design.
- Experience in specific design areas relevant to the job, such as branding, packaging, web design, or advertising.
- Expertise in industry-standard design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with additional proficiency in motion graphics tools like After Effects being a plus.
- Strong understanding of design principles like typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills to develop visually appealing and effective design solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and motivate team members.
