Responsibilities: Project Management:
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure profitability.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design concepts are effectively implemented.
Conceptual Design and Development:
- Lead the development of design concepts, space planning, and layout for commercial interior projects.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, materials, and finishes to incorporate innovative and sustainable design solutions.
- Create detailed design presentations, including 2D/3D renderings, sketches, and mood boards, to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
Design Documentation and Coordination:
- Prepare comprehensive construction documents, including detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is effectively communicated and implemented during construction.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups to ensure compliance with design standards and project requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to gather feedback and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, address client concerns, and manage expectations throughout the design process.
Quality Assurance:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure design deliverables meet established standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular design reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
