KRA:

• Designing of MEP for various commercial, Infra, industrial, five star hotel and data centre projects
• Coordination with client, vendors, marketing, execution and purchase team
• Value Engineering
• Risk assessment.
• Complying IMS documentation

Job Description:

• Designing of MEP for various commercial, infra, industrial, five start hotel and data center projects.
• Coordination with BD and Estimation team for preparation of qualification criteria for the tender submissions
• Support BD for any pre bid, post bid for negotiation meetings with vendors.
• Quantification, MTO & Value engineering.
• Site visit to get the complete idea of the project.
• Coordinating with clients to get complete details for the project
• Designing the plumbing, firefighting, layout for the given project and coordination with electrical design
• Preparing the SLDs for Electrical & Mechanical services - Designing of HVAC layouts
• Follow up with architects, consultants, and PMCs in case of any technical issues clarification.
• Timely submission of TDS and Shop drawings to client.
• Manpower management
• Training & Development of Sub-ordinates
• IMS documentation, compliance, and follow-up
• Safety, Business Excellence and Kaizen activities within the team

Requisite Qualification/ Requisite Experience:

• Dip or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Min 15 yrs for Degree holders
• Min 18 yrs for Diploma holders
