Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Engineer with Potential Engineering located in Navi Mumbai. The Design Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with the role, including but not limited to mechanical engineering, computer-aided design (CAD), electrical engineering, and product design.

Qualifications

Designing new engineering products and processes and ensure manufacturing accordingly;

Preparation of GAD, MFG Drawing, BOM, 3D model, installation model, part drawings, Prototype and Final manufacturing booklet

Assessing product usability and safety, Ensure compliance with the industrys safety standards and user- and environment-friendly

Ensuring accuracy in design, calculations, labelling and completeness of drawings in all aspects.

Analysing existing products and identifying scope of improvement in the same in line with the inputs from Product Managers and HoDs.

Researching and designing new ideas for equipment and systems.

Qualification & Skill Set:

Degree in Mechanical engineering.

Proficiency in Solidworks, AutoCAD

Proficiency in MS Office.

Analytical and numeracy skills.

Creative problem-solving ability.

An eye for detail and a methodical work process.

Work Experience Required:- 3 - 5 Years
