Responsibilities:
Design feasibility of Class A surface.
Create Concept 3D considering manufacturing requirements and readiness for mass production.
Internal Design & Engineering Reviews.
Create Manufacturing Drawings.Requirements:
3-5 years of working experience in automotive plastics parts design.
Proficiency in CATIA V5/3DExperience is a must.
Proficient in Solid, Surface Modelling and Drafting.
Engineering design and development experience in automotive plastic components of Interior and Exterior systems like IP, Console, FR & RR Bumper.
Experience with Mechanisms and Kinematics.
Experience of OEM/Tier1 is preferred.
Knowledge of milestones in automotive product development.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes, DFMEA, GD&T & tolerance stack analysis.
Experience with MS Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
