Job Title: Design Engineer

Job Summary:

The Design Engineer develops innovative designs and solutions using SolidWorks and 3D modeling. The role requires attention to detail, strong engineering principles, and design software proficiency to create models and drawings that meet project specifications. The position offers a salary of up to 30k.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA):

• SolidWorks Proficiency:
  
  - Develop detailed 3D models and 2D drawings.
  
  - Perform simulations and analyses.
  
  - Create complex assemblies and specify materials.
  

• 3D Model Rendering:
  
  - Produce high-quality 3D renderings.
  
  - Ensure accurate material and texture representation.
  
  - Collaborate with marketing for visual content.
  

• Design and Development:
  
  - Conceptualize and develop new product designs.
  
  - Improve existing designs for performance and cost-effectiveness.
  
  - Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing..
  

• Continuous Improvement:
  
  - Stay updated with advancements in SolidWorks.
  
  - Participate in training and development.
  
  - Suggest and implement process improvements.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  - Education:
  
  - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
  
  - Experience:
  
  - 3-5 years in design engineering.
  
  - Proficient in SolidWorks.
  
  - Skills:
  
  - Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and 3D rendering.
  
  - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
  - Effective communication and teamwork skills.
