POSITION:
DESIGN ENGINEER (LAB PIPING)
Degree in Bachelor of Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years experience
Design, plan and review all technical packages related to plumbing and fire protection that includes specialty lab gas piping, major equipment such as pumps, piping , plumbing fixtures, water heater, sanitary piping ,lift stations, as well as associated equipment such as valves, strainers, expansion tanks. Conducting technical assessments, engineering technical assessments, feasibility studies for enhancement or modification of existing facilities and impact on existing systems. Ensure code compliances with respect to egress path and building occupancy code requirements
