- Hands on experience on solid edge / solid work software.
- Conceptualize, design, and develop Special Purpose Machinery (SPM) solutions from initial concept to final product realization.
- Collaborate with clients, sales, and project management teams to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Conduct feasibility studies, research, and analysis to determine the technical feasibility and viability of proposed machinery solutions.
- Perform structural and mechanical analysis to ensure designs meet safety, performance, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop BOMs (Bill of Materials) and work closely with procurement and manufacturing teams to source components and materials.
- Provide technical support during the manufacturing, assembly, and testing phases, troubleshooting any design-related issues that may arise.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and performance improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SPM manufacturing to drive innovation and competitiveness.
