Design Engineer

The Ideal candidate reporting to Design Manager, Candidate should have expertise in conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative hand tool products that align with industry standards and customer needs. candidate should have a strong foundation in design principles, CAD, SAP software and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

The Ideal candidate shall be in his early 40's and should have -

• Conceptualize and design innovative hand tools aligning with industry standards and customer needs.
• Develop and refine design concepts focusing on functionality, aesthetics, and manufacturability.
• Conduct engineering analyses to meet performance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Stay updated on industry trends and materials.
• Document design decisions and project progress.
• Work with suppliers to source materials and components.
• Maintain ISO documentation and related MIS.
• Strong foundation in design principles, CAD, SAP, and mechanical design criteria.
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.
