Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the design activities for water infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives and design specifications
- Manage the design process from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables
- Review and approve design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports
- Conduct design risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as needed
- Ensure alignment of design activities with sustainability and environmental impact goals
- Provide technical guidance and support to design team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in water irrigation design
- Contribute to the development of design standards, procedures, and quality assurance processes
- Participate in project meetings, presenting design updates and addressing technical inquiries
Qualifications
Education Qualification - Diploma/ B.E / B.Tech with minimum 7 years of experience in water sector
