Role Description

We are seeking a passionate Retail Sales Executive who will be connecting with customers and guiding them on their journey to find the perfect products for their spaces. You will share the inspiring stories behind our creations, making each interaction memorable. With your keen sense of aesthetics and enthusiasm for design, you'll transform the shopping environment into an engaging and captivating experience, fostering a community of loyal shoppers who appreciate the artistry in everyday objects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use your sense of aesthetics to assist customers in curating product options that will enhance their spaces.
• Listen attentively to client needs and help them find the products that best suit them.
• Educate customers about our products, emphasizing design, functionality, and the inspiration behind them.
• Create a welcoming and engaging store environment that reflects our brand values.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is visually appealing and inviting.
• Track customer preferences and relay feedback to the marketing and product design teams.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales is not mandatory; a background in design or a strong passion for design is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
