Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Design Projects: From initial concept through to execution, manage and innovate on flexible workspace designs that set industry benchmarks.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with sales and leadership to transform client needs into compelling design solutions that push creative boundaries.
- Ensure Excellence: Uphold high standards of design and functionality, integrating member feedback to continuously elevate the end-user experience.
- Sustain Growth: Engage with all stakeholders to incorporate sustainable practices and materials, enhancing both the aesthetic and environmental impact of our spaces.
Who You Are:
- A holder of a B.Arch or equivalent, with 3-5 years in workspace design and construction.
- Proficient in BIM Revit, with a knack for picking up new tools quickly.
- A strategic thinker with a portfolio that demonstrates both creative design and practical execution.
- A natural leader who thrives in both high-level presentations and detailed, tactical management.
