Responsibilities:

• Exterior 3D Renders and Visualizations: Create detailed and photorealistic 3D renders and visualizations of architectural buildings.
• Design Development: Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine design concepts, ensuring they are accurately represented in 3D visualizations.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality renders.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all renders and visualizations meet the company's standards and client expectations.
• Innovation and Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization and implement them in projects.
• Client Presentations: Prepare and present design proposals and visualizations to clients, effectively communicating design ideas and concepts.
