You will bring your on-the-job experience to your role lend your talents to a broad scope of work, including helping prepare architectural plans and designs, assisting in essential presentations, developing, and finalizing building plans, and overseeing work done by more junior-level architects and designers.

Your Responsibilities
Research, program, plan, design, and administer building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.
Produce conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.
Plan and program layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
Utilize computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
Produce construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.
Prepare detailed specifications and Bill of Quantities required for projects.
Work with the Senior Designer, may direct, supervise, and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
Interfaces with clients and their representatives.
Research and source materials, meet with suppliers and understand their product/process offerings that are pertinent to our practice.
Works in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams.
Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.
3+ years professional experience green buildings, commercial & industrial buildings & interiors or similar studio experience.
Experience with planning, documentation and management of production/construction drawings & site supervision.
Expertise in CAD software & Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and MS Office.
Use of Solidworks, Rhino or other 3D modelling/parametric programs a plus.
Working knowledge of motion graphics software, digital video editing, or other skills related to designing for and creating dynamic content a plus.
