Responsibilities

• Architectural designs
• Concept design working
• Working on presentations
• Project coordination
• Co-ordinate with consultants and in-house teams
• Manage timely deliverables
• Keeping track of project schedule and possession dates
• Project Reviews with the Team
• Address site issues with regular coordination with Execution/ Project management team
• Inspect sites to evaluate adherence to design intent
• Liaisoning

Pre-requisites

• Understanding of project stages: Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, GFC, As-built
• Knowledge of Autocad, Excel, Power Point, Sketchup and BIM
• Commitment to deliverables
• Open to learning and take feedback
