You will be working with the in-house design and marketing team on the following;
- Engage with Customers:Provide an unparalleled customer experience via telephone and chat, building authentic relationships and discerning their unique jewelry preferences and needs.
- Expert Consultations: Conduct detailed and personalized consultations to recommend exquisite jewelry designs that align perfectly with each customer's style and requirements.
- In-Depth Product Knowledge: Develop a profound understanding of Aurus and MOI's luxurious offerings, ensuring you can speak to the intricate details and craftsmanship of our collections.
- Artful Salesmanship: Craft and deliver compelling sales pitches that highlight the luxury, quality, and timeless design of Aurus and MOI products.
- Strategic Upselling: Identify sophisticated opportunities to upsell or cross-sell, enhancing the customer's shopping experience with complementary pieces.
- Seamless Order Processing: Guide customers through the refined ordering process, collaborating closely with the order processing team to ensure impeccable order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and relay valuable customer insights and feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest jewelry industry trends and fashion influences, ensuring recommendations are always at the cutting edge of style.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Retail or a related field is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in managing and cultivating high-end client accounts.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey luxury and sophistication.
- Strong analytical abilities and a refined approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional written and verbal interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with discerning clientele.
- Expertise in using telephony and chat platforms, as well as advanced CRM software.
- A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with elegance and efficiency.
- Ability to adapt to evolving sales strategies and ever-changing customer preferences.
- An empathetic and customer-centric attitude, dedicated to delivering an exceptional luxury experience
