Forty Four is a Kolkata-based clothing brand specializing in unique in-house prints and Silk outfits for every occasion. Bozo Hands is our sister brand, focusing on innovative nail accessories that complement our fashion line. Founded in November 2020 by Sakshi Jain, an alumna of NIFT Kolkata and Polimoda Florence, our brands are committed to creativity, sustainability, and inclusivity in the fashion and beauty industries.

Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and assist in various aspects of our brands, Forty Four and Bozo Hands. The role involves:

• Assisting in designing and sampling new collections
• Leading initiatives for our zero waste collection
• Managing production processes
• Interacting with clients and providing excellent customer service
• Managing social media platforms
• Creating graphic designs
• Implementing digital marketing strategies

If you have a passion for fashion, sustainability, and creativity, along with skills in design, production management, client relations, social media, graphics, and digital marketing, we'd love to have you on board!

Qualifications

1. Design graduate with a background in garment construction and design processes.
2. Proficiency in English as a first or second language.
3. Experience or skills in using design tools such as Canva, Adobe software (including image editing and graphic design capabilities).
4. Familiarity with Instagram and other social media platforms.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Knowledge or experience in digital marketing.
7. Ability to work with design tools and software, including Excel for data management and analysis.
