Responsibilities
We're looking for an experienced inside sales representative to join our dynamic team. You'll be responsible for identifying new customer leads, qualifying them, and nurturing them through the sales pipeline. You'll also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email, research, and professional networks to introduce company products and services
- Identify clients who need solutions and could buy the products within the target markets assigned
- Follow up on the leads provided by marketing and research to identify potential prospects
- Understand the customer's need and appropriately pitch the product solution that caters to customer pain points
- Demonstrate product and solution value propositions to prospects and Set up meetings for sales teams to take forward prospects for sale closure
- Identify key buying influencers within the prospect companies to determine the budget and timeline for purchasing decisions
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel
- Work with sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards, ensuring all the reports are accurate and updated
Qualifications
- Bachelors with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
