Responsibilities
Must Have:
- 4 - 7 years overall QA experience in manual and automation testing.
- Develop and maintain robust testing strategies and processes, and ensure they are properly implemented and followed.
- Prepare test planning, estimation, test strategy and traceability matrix.
- Prepare test scenarios & test scripts based on the requirements, execute the planned test cases and report the defects in tracking tool and ensure its closure through STLC process.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks related to software quality at each phase of the software testing process.
- Participate and lead all the status calls, Scrum calls and client meetings. Review and send out the status reports to stakeholders.
- Hands on experience on test management tools like JIRA & ALM.
- Strong experience with automated test tools and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good To Have
- Good coding knowledge in Java
- Experience in TestNG, Selenium
- Experience in API Automation
Qualifications
BE/BTech with 4-6 years of relevant experience
