- Planning & Operations is responsible for deploying program and initiatives that enable the Sales team to execute the core aspect of their job more effectively
- core business performance areas include but not limited to Distribution planning, Annual Operating plan finalization, rollout and management, Opex planning and control, Sales force management, Incentive framework, Sales governance and input Management
New Annual Operating Plan
- contributor for planning overall Annual & Long term business plan for the company in conjunction with the Exco members, finance and HR keeping in mind the industry outlook and company aspirations.
- and define multiple measures of the Annual Operating plan with the help of National business heads, Chief Distribution Officer and partners.
Target setting and dissemination
- target at each unit level to ensure overall achievement of company operating plan.
- review of target-setting practices in industry and implementation of best practices which helps achieve overall plan of the company

Manpower Planning & management
- per person productivity with industry benchmark and company outlook with an agreement with management
- geographic potential for Manpower deployment strategy.
- out the Manpower deployment strategy to ensure overall target defined for the company is achieved and the structure is future ready
- manpower to the ground along with discussion with Zonal heads and National Manager.
Sales Force Management and Incentive framework design
- the KPI & KRA of entire Sales force team along with CDO which ensures achievement of company priorities.
- and implement incentive program designed to maximize Sales behavior and performance to optimize the Business performance.
- the design of Sales incentive programs including plan design, financial modeling.
Monitoring & Sales Operations
- performance review decks for Chief Distribution officer for board meetings, Sales Reviews.
- as single point of contact for Sales related updated in the board.
Regularly participate in the Sales and Management reviews and provide inputs with respect to the role areas
