The Incumbent will head the Documentation (Non-litigation profile) comprising of 3-4 members of the team. To supervise and handle end to end management of documentation related requirements of the Company which includes agreements/Policy contracts and advisory role of the department.
Supervisory: - The incumbent will supervise the work of the team and report to the legal Head. It requires end to end management of legal work done by documentation team. Reviewing and vetting of the contracts. Liaoning with different departments of the Company to cater all contracts related actionable.
Contracts Drafting, Reviewing and Negotiating Agreements including Service Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Broker Letters, Corporate Agency Agreements, Engagement Letters etc.
Investment agreements: - Incumbent has to clear the investment agreements/activities which includes agreements pertaining to derivatives/ISDA, investment through AIF/ Offer for Sale etc.
Policy Documents Drafting and reviewing of policy documents. To work closely with the marketing/products team for drafting and vetting of Policy contracts.
Advisory- Provide quality and timely legal advice to the business team on a day to day basis
Maintain and supervise the contractual records and documentation such as MIS, Portal Management and various audits of the team.
