Job Description
Role Accountability 1. Act as key contact for all system upgrade and transition projects in credit & fraud management
- Devise strategies for enhancement of TRIAD in phase II
- Manage migration of decision engines
- Create specifications (RFP), select vendor and drive implementation of internal credit & fraud systems
- Evaluate other existing systems and plan for upgrade, as required
- Automate credit and fraud policies in all decision engines (NBSM/Blaze for acquisition, TRIAD for account management)
- Lead all system related projects (encompassing LOS, Vision, CardOne, AGMS) from perspective of credit department
- Facilitate automation of reports and flow of relevant information from all systems to Risk Datamart platform
- Manage the invoice process for third party vendors including Credit Bureau's and monitoring Expenses against MOU
- Manage developments at Turbine, including automation of scorecards and dashboards
- Manage fraud decision engine-Falcon from perspective of rule implementation
- Explore, recommend and implement alternative (to Hunter) fraud prevention rule engines
- Manage system assessment and implement hardship programs in system
Measures of Success(Define the Outcomes expected of the role) 1. Ensure any implementation gaps are rectified within defined timelines
- Completion of Critical Projects on Digitization & Automation as per agreed objectives
- Respond to instances of fraud loss by swift coding within TAT
- Gap assessment and implementation of desired changes in hardship programs
- No budget over-runs and ongoing price discovery with credit vendors
- Process Adherence as per MOU
Technical Skills / Experience / Certification (If any) Strong understanding of IT systems and risk decision engines
